To learn a little more about what I am about to review here is a little bit of info:

We started our company, Smart Mom, LLC, in 2002 as a way to promote pretty and practical ideas for real Moms. Our first product line, Teething Bling pendants and bangles, has been an enormous success and we appreciate all the support and encouragement we’ve received thus far.
We use only the highest-quality, phthalate-free, federally approved silicone in our Teething Bling™ line. The material is non-toxic, latex-free, food–safe, even dishwasher-friendly! It is the same silicone used in many other popular teething products and SGS test reports are available upon request. Although we stress that this is adult jewelry not intended for children to wear, all of our pendants come with a breakaway clasp as an added safety feature.
Occasionally a customer will ask if Teething Bling® is appropriate for a child of a certain age. Our products are designed for adults to wear to soothe and entertain babies with emerging teeth. Children with fully developed teeth may be able to bite through Teething Bling®. Therefore, parents need to determine what is best for their own situation and child and as always, Smart Mom reminds everyone that children should never be left unattended with jewelry of any kind.

I'm just going to say it, teething SUCKS. There are very few things that you can do to help soothe your little ones from teething! Some babies are more miserable than others but in the end I think we will all agree that we just want our babies to be comfortable & not in pain.

R's first tooth/teeth didn't come through until he was 10 months old! Luckily for us shortly after that when he started getting more teeth in (they seem to come 2 at a time) I found Smart Mom Jewelry.

We absolutely LOVE it! These are seriously the coolest things ever! They have a break away clasp on them which I think is awesome (it doesn't fall off either just give it a nice tug though & wallah off it comes!) R loves playing with & chewing on them. The other boys have also been known to play with them while I am wearing them. The pendants have most certainly helped soothe R's poor gums! It also helps keep him occupied especially when were in a place that needs us to be quiet.
We have also made a silly new game with our teething bling. R likes to chew it then giggle as he puts it in my mouth in which I snort & growl then put it back in his mouth lol Now are you wondering how these things hold up? Well after almost 2 months of chewing I am so happy to report that our bling looks no different than the day it came in the mail!
