Sales Tax
Residents of Texas will be charged 8.125% sales tax at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
All personalized orders are final, (unless obviously an error on our
part.) Double check the spelling, colors, and sizes before
completing your order. Items not personalized can be sent back
within 14 days, with the packing slip, for a full refund, in its original
unused condition. Shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us
via email for the return shipping address.
Privacy
We do not share your information with outside parties except to
the extent necessary to complete your order.
Security
All orders are processed by PayPal, a leader in online payment
processing. To ensure security of your information, PayPal uses
state-of-the-art encryption and processes all payments in secure
terminals. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase.

Shipping Info
Some items sold by My Silly Monkeys are custom made until the
order is placed. Items are usually shipped approximately 1 to 2
weeks after the order is placed. We will let you know if your order
will take longer to ship. If you need your order sooner, contact us.
Gift Orders
If you are sending your order as a gift, you may include a personal
message. Just enter your personal message in the comment area
when you checkout and indicate that it is a gift order. For an
additional fee we can gift package your order.
